Clients and coaches can schedule appointments via CoachAccountable's calendar-based Appointments feature, sending email or SMS text reminders while syncing to Google Calendar, iCal, Outlook, etc. CoachAccountable's Library stores documents, pictures, audio files, and video files that can be shared among team members and clients. I have a team of 4 Coaches and I have built my whole Coaching program featured around the Coach Accountable platform. My needs were complex, but seemed pretty easy to set up with CA. Support is phenomenal - I would specially like to thanks the support team, the team spent hours reviewing my setup, following up with suggestions and we also had multiple meetings scheduled to help me get started. I was quite nervous to migrate from the solo to the Team edition and requested the support team to be on a call with me while I bite the bullet. The migration was super seamless and no issues reported at all.
