Although, as I mentioned, it has limitations compared to other professional editors, for casual use or as a first approach to graphic design it is an excellent option. Its clean and simple interface allows you to start creating quickly without a learning curve. Its element library covers most basic needs. I would definitely recommend it for small businesses, freelancers, or casual users looking to create materials cheaply and easily. It is a good "all-in-one" alternative to start without major investments in software
Pros
With just a few clicks you could create professional designs in Adobe Creative Cloud Express without requiring advanced design knowledge. The library of templates and elements that it includes is very complete, covering practically all types of projects that one could need such as cards, flyers, presentations and more. I also found its visual WYSIWYG editor very useful, it allows you to put together designs intuitively without needing to know programming. Another feature that I appreciated was its video editor, although basic it allows you to add effects, music and transitions without complications
Cons
What I liked least was the limitation it has on file storage, the free version only includes 5GB which fills up quite easily if one does many projects. Another limitation is the file sizes, although for casual use it is fine, for professional projects it can sometimes fall short. Finally I missed more advanced features such as style management, layers and vectors that other professional tools offer

My overall experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Express has been a very enjoyable one because the application gives me with all the necessary tools i need to complete my projects, and also the design team always works hard to make necessary improvements and updates.
Pros
Adobe express is like a hybrid created by mixing together the different content creation applications that adobe has, you get image editing tools, video editing tools, cloud tools and many more in one package which is a very good value for money.
Cons
The free features in the application are limited, for you to use the whole power of the app you will be forced to make some payments.

I like it for storage between adobe platforms, but I dont like the cost or ease of use. Overall, I dont use it very much since other products have come out.
Pros
I enjoyed using this software when it was free. I always thought it was difficult to use, but when it was free I used it far more often. You can create content that is unique to your brand, but utilize templates that make the projects come together quicker. I like being able to edit photos or use photos that ive taken in express projects.
Cons
The software is not easy to use and it costs money. There are easier platforms that are free that fulfill the same niche that express does.

My father worked with Adobe his entire life and always insisted I did, too but I found it intimidating. It takes time to learn the tools but it helps with every creative need and it's a pleasure to use. The file management and sharing tools are pretty fantastic and help save time.
Pros
As a first time user, I had imagined Adobe to be intimidating though there are plenty of tutorials and Creative Cloud Express categorizes apps in an easy-to-understand way.
Cons
It's pricey though definitely worth it.

Overall it's been a good experience. It's not everything I want it to be, but the price is right, so I can't really complain!
Pros
It's included in the full Creative Cloud, which I subscribe to, so I didn't have to pay extra for it
The recent update added MUCH better functionality
Cons
Some of the UI feels a little clunky to me
The app is pretty limited
It feels like they're trying to compete with Canva, but just aren't able to offer as much as Canva does. I use it, since it's already included in my Creative Cloud subscription, but I probably wouldn't pay extra for it.

We use CC Express to manage all our Adobe licenses.
Pros
Adobe Creative Cloud Express gives you flexibility to manage all your CC packaged softwares inside a simple and intuitive interface. Managing accounts is easy and updates come often which is what you would expect from such software service. The interface has come a long way since the subscription-only model Adobe has been swearing by for a couple of releases now. Way cleaner and modern, making it look sleeker and less cluttered. After all, it's used to host all of the Adobe flagship and industry-standard software suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Dreamweaver... they all have to be activated in CC Express in order to work and get all the latest updates.
Cons
There is nothing inherently wrong with CC Express, as it works as expected. The fact that it exists is another story though; Adobe now 100% relies on subscription model, and CC Express is its user interface. This forces the user to adopt the subscription model and paying for a software version with periodic updates is no longer available.

A traumatic experience with Adobe
Reviewed on 31/01/2024
Cons
I had a traumatic experience with Adobe while I was trying to cancel my subscription. It felt like I was held prisoner. I went through the website and discovered there is no feature that allows users to cancel or pause subscription. So I then opted to go into the chat feature which surprisingly for a tech company, is very primitive and is still in learning mode. So I decided to request for a live chat with an actual person to get me out of my subscription. I went back and forth with three different assistants for most of my day, all three of them claiming to offer me deals that I knew were not deals. I was offered a free month service (which I knew I already had), but they would not address my request to cancel the subscription or even acknowledge it, it was an ordeal for me. When I start demanding for the cancellation and asking that they even email me to confirm the cancellation they suddenly disappear from chat (I can't make this up). By the time I got to the third chat assistant I eventually started threatening him telling him that I had screenshots of our conversation and that I demanded to be 'released from the bondage', he finally succumbed to the pressure. It was the most frustrating experience I have ever had to deal with. My reason for canceling my subscription was that I currently cannot afford to have the service, and the fact that I kept saying it but was ignored is insane! I initially just wanted to pause my subscription if possible, but the way I am so turned off by Adobe service I don't think I could ever get myself into this situation again!

Cons

For me, one of the most valuable aspects of the software is its seamless integration with different applications. I appreciate its ability to provide easy access to my files and projects from anywhere via cloud storage. This feature is highly useful as it enables me to work on my projects from multiple devices, eliminating the need for constant file transfers or manual syncing. The convenience and flexibility this provides is a significant advantage for me, as I often need to access my work while on-the-go.
Pros
I am really satisfied with the diverse range of creative tools that Adobe Creative Cloud offers. The software provides a comprehensive selection of features that cater to various creative needs, including image and video editing, graphic design, and animation. I find this versatility particularly helpful as it enables me to complete my creative projects in one platform, rather than having to switch between different applications. This all-in-one solution simplifies my workflow and helps me achieve my creative goals more efficiently, which is a significant advantage for me.
Cons
I find that cloud software launchers consume too much memory and CPU, which can be frustrating as I prefer not to have unnecessary processes running in the background. It would be great if I could have a local license with a weekly internet connection renewal instead of relying solely on the cloud. Additionally, having multiple instances of the software for personal and school work can negatively impact my cloud sharing functionality, and I wish there was a universal subscription to cover both.
