Super responsive sales team handled all our queries efficiently. We love the slick and professional looking web connection, how easy it is to use for Customers, and the ability to capture information, export it and reporting functions. I do enjoy the live chat, but I have noticed that in the past few weeks that I have not been able to get a live person.
