I use this software as part of my kid's school sign-up forms and administration. I find it easy and convenient.

I don't have many cons. Perhaps the forms section could be easier to navigate but basically fine.

RESTRICTIONS IN SETTING UP DIFFERENT PROGRAMS AND OPTIONS

Nothing. This product was useless for my child care facility and day home agency.

This program is useless for my business and the features they promised (that could actually help with my admin tasks) were actually not available. I can't use it and I tried to cancel before I even rolled it out to my parents; I still have to pay for the full 3 years. They did nothing except a one hour session to tell me how to do the things I was told they would do.

Quick set up with great customer service. All questions submitted to the support team are answered quickly.

Some parents have trouble using TUIO. The credit card fees are high however parents still like having that option and the automatic payments make things a lot easier.

Easy to use, lots of functionality, low fees, great support.

Some things need approval, which I get. Sometimes things are hard to find, but they are quick to teach you where it is.

With TUIO, payment processing is easy and the software is easy to setup and use.

I haven't encountered issues yet with TUIO

Parents are able to easily pay how they like. No more checks in the mail, unless they want.

Unable to have programs that parents can pay as they want until the balance is fulfilled.

I did not have to chase parents for fees anymore

I wish there was a separate column for bounced payments/nsf's

The customer service is amazing. They respond quickly, update the platform, teach us how to use it and overall we have had a great experience.

Not as easy to upload documents ourselves, however, they do all the heavy lifting so not really a "con".

I like that Tuio is easy to use and I am able to see who has made payments quickly.

I did know about the fee of of someone paying outside of Tuio and that if it were marked they paid outside there would be a charge.

Bank reconciliation is cumbersome. Partial payments of invoices would be very helpful.
More visual aid (Flow charts) to help with problem solving make be of more use.

Customization of tuition programs that let you set it and forget it. Does it all automatically month after month!

Not much to not like.. just having to learn a new software program always has headaches and growing pains.

We are a very small school that can't afford much extra but Tuio has been affordable for us and also very useful in managing our tuition payments. I no longer have to deal with checks or cash payment but there is a place to take care of that if it happens.

It can be a little overwhelming as one is onboarding but the team is great to answer questions. There are still things I don't quite know how to do such as run reports but it doesn't keep me from using Tuio.

The payment process has been simplified for parents and administrators, making monthly, quarterly, or annual payments more efficient.

A few parents have had minor difficulties setting up their accounts, resulting in them reversing back to EFT which is frustrating for the school. Not sure if it's available, but if there was a support team to train/guide the parents, that would be great!!

We like that TUIP allows us to put our focus towards other school things and not so much on tuition and enrollment.

When there are returned fees we have to pay the $1.50 processing fee.

I was new to TUIO and had to start from scratch. [sensitive content hidden] was there from the beginning. He took the time, many meetings to show me how TUIO worked. He always answers emails almost immediately. He is always patient, kind and easy to work with. I never had such customer service in all my years in the administrative field.

It would be nice if you guys did payroll. It would be nice if TUIO had more options in the reports.

Because of its affordability and user-friendliness, Tuio is the best tuition management program out there.

I currently do not have any cons to report to potential buyers.

I love the reports and projects. I also love the way discounts can be manipulated.

I think Tuio could be more user friendly, better onboarding, and less cumbersome for clients with more than one child.

The customer support is one of the best features. When emailed or called, the staff responds promptly and with information that solves any problem.

Some of the features are not as user friendly as they could be. We have had some parents miss the account creation step and then have trouble registering their student when the next enrollment comes around. It's also a little tricky to see the details of each family without diving deeply into their information.

I have nothing but good things to say about TUIO. We went from using another company and being on paper, to switching to TUIO, and all online platform that has helped up with enrollments, tuition, and forms. This program is also super easy for our parents as well. Since having TUIO we have happier families and happier staff because of the ease of TUIO.

The ONLY thing i can think of would be not having more options to make a more customizable form for parents.

I love how we set up a payment plan for the year have our parents choose the mode of payment. Very easy to do

How difficulty with some of the set up can be confusing.

Collecting admissions information and associated tuition payments is my primary use and it generally works well. Building and maintaining custom forms is less than intuitive.

Building and maintaining custom forms is less than intuitive. More than once I mistakenly altered the form fields. Additionally, I'm unable to read the entire text when selecting from the form fields. This makes it very difficult to add the correct field to a new form.
