The interface is modern and easy to navigate compared to older HR systems we used before. Automation features also save time, especially for recurring tasks like employee status updates, approvals, and payroll processing. We also liked the integrations with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom because they simplified user access management. From a value-for-money perspective, it worked well for us since we did not need separate systems for every HR and IT function. > > **Cons**: Some advanced workflows and settings take time to fully understand during initial setup, so there is a bit of a learning curve for admins. Rippling was also supposed to help with IT, automation, and provisioning, but that doesn't work either.
