The application is very easy to use

Lack of basic features but it’s getting better.

Love that the software is easily accessible anywhere I am. If I am on vacation and need to go in and check my metrics … it’s there. If I need to adjust a customers order…. I can with a few simple clicks.

They are based in London so their response time sometimes lags.

Easy to use, ability to quickly add additional store, along with cloud access to data. You can add additional in less than 10 minutes of time, it is really great if you are adding stores with similar retail offerings.

I love the updates they keep rolling out. Their customer service has continued to improve! They have been doing a great job with helping with any issues. Receptive and professional. Adding some great features. They're improving ease of use, although it is pretty straightforward.

Some features are a little clunky. But technology, eh? Nothing is perfect.

I don't like the service because sometimes we need to talk to someone to express the problem and writing your problem is not clear for the technician to understand what we are trying to express.

Order and customer tracking and inventory is the best use for us.

There isn't an option for international payments. Once that feature is added I will definitely use it.
