Easy to use, works everywhere, customer support is exceptional

Lacked features and licensing for enterprise users

Roboform seamlessly stores all your passwords and synchronizes them across multiple devices. Allows you to have different passwords on every website to minimise the risk of passwords being compromised due to reuse.

The integration with Windows Hello needs some work as it would be nice to use Face recognition to sign into Roboform rather than the master password.

The ability to share real time updated passwords with a team of employees that frequently use many sites with constantly changing password requirements

The setup process could be a bit better and also a toolbar that isn't located at the bottom of the browser but instead a button at the top

In my current job it is always very important to maintain high levels of security and the utmost confidentiality when preparing legal documents for the company. Taking this aspect into consideration I have a software suite that I use to maintain the security of the legal documents I produce, and among those is Roboform, a very complete software that allows me to manage my passwords from the comfort of a central panel that manages them, in short, Roboform is the best password manager I have ever used.

Roboform has certain benefits that complement my work routine. For example, I could mention that Roboform works for me as a password pointer, since I manage several software and online accounts which I depend on to meet my work goals. Roboform not only saves my passwords, but it is also quite intuitive and when I enter the pages or software that require a password, Roboform adds the self-filling of the information, making it much easier for me to use the software and web pages.

Another great benefit that Roboform gives me is that I can customize my login, always remembering which passwords I have stored in the central panel and for which software and web pages I should use them. Without a doubt Roboform is one of the most complete software I have used for these purposes and I would not change it for anything.

Roboform should incorporate higher levels of security so that passwords can be used. Currently my Roboform session is protected because I have other two-step authentication software that keeps my account completely secure. My recommendation to the Roboform technical team is that they incorporate more security in the use of their software, of rest I think it is an excellent software that is very easy to use and free.

The features that I like most about RoboForm are the browser integration and auto fill and auto save passwords.

I don't think there is anything that I don't like about RoboForm.

this software is really good as it helps me to better manage the passwords of my organization and my employees. I find that having a trial version is a good thing for any software that falls into the hands of a new user.

for my part, I don't have much to say except that sometimes identifiers are lost and I don't know why.

RoboForm has helped my everyday job task and responsibilities. Having more than 30 vendor sites to access by trying to manage all of the different passwords was overwhelming. RoboForm maintaining all of the URL's, and passwords was a game changer. The Encryption aspect to secure any financial or personal information is an important tool. Along with the Data sync , this tool is a must.

I have used RoboForm for over 3 years and the only Con that i have come across is when i updated my system from Win7 to Win 10. I lost some passwords, but i should have exported all of my data prior, which could have been performed prior through RoboForm. Just something that should have been done on my part.

RoboForm is a great product. Having upgraded to the business version, so that I can keep my personal logins separate from the business logins, that employees need, is great. RoboForm Everywhere allows me to travel with all my logins on my phone. I travel a lot in my business. I don't keep it on my travel laptop so if it is stolen or lost, there is no access to my passwords on the laptop. That's an extra level of security for me.

The integration of the 2 systems (personal and business) is not easy. When I want to add a new login to the business, it's takes several navigations to get to the website to do it. It's not easy to set up and there is no live support to help you do it. The written support assumes you know the terminology and how to navigate better than you do. Email support is not helpful when you are in the middle of a set up. I'm still not sure if have done it right or using it in the best way.

RoboForm stures your usernames (or email account) and password to sign into all your favorite sites. The software also works as a bookmark manager too to remember the site addresses (has search function) and then when you arrive, ability to use saved login information. And I create folders allowing me to separate bills, career, housing, and whatever I desire. This software can also generate passwords that are random so they are stronger. I have used this software for over 20 years and it was one of the best purchases I have made.

The free version allows you to save about 10 passwords. But after you try it, you will buy it so not a big issue! This should be available at all companies as they require different passwords for everything. And companies want to 'generate' complex password which cannot be guessed... but that is harder for you to remember.

One of the nice things I've noticed is the app is still improving! They are making changes to enhance ease of use which is great. Seriously could not do my job without it. So many things to remember, and not just passwords! Save contacts and other stuff too.

I wish it wasn't all in different places. The desktop app is for one thing, the admin panel is for another, the start.roboform is yet another, plus the Chrome extension, and you can't use one without the others.

RoboForm is decent for filling out forms with your personal information. Creating secure notes and sharing works well.

As a password manager, it is clunky and in some cases not very usable. If you want to add a login to the vault, you have to login on the website in order to create it. There was not a way to just click and add an existing login. I had some logins that were for tools, not websites that I had to create as secure notes.

Simple and easy to use. Has autocomplete for forms, which is a one click login. Works great on mobile - with finger print access. Works perfectly for pin codes and similar notes - a one stop shop for logins, credit card details and similar data. Plugin for Chrome. Good value for price.

The chrome plugin has bugs. Plugin doesn't recognise all forms and doesn't save the login details automatically then. No workaround to save logins if it doesn't recognise the form.

RoboForm makes my passwords easy to access and manage. We recently upgraded to RoboForm Enterprise, and are loving the added functionality for our team.

I use multiple browsers, and the user experience is not the same across the platform. I wish Google Chrome had a tool bar available like in IE.

It is easy to set up and a useful tool for password and login management.

The multi-login devices support and app UI could be improved
