We wanted to have online scheduling, timesheet /payroll functionality, an employee records data base and ease of mass communication with staff via text, email and messaging. We found all of this with eSchedule. Within eSchedule, we have been able to have the aforementioned functionality and additionally we have added functions such as daily check lists, incident reporting, education calendars and tracking, vehicle maintenance and tracking, and libraries of important documents that staff can access remotely. > > **Cons**: For the most part, there has not been much that we have wanted to implement or develop with our personalized program that the eSchedule staff has not come through for us. Any issues which we have experienced, were quicky resolved and any requests have been promptly addressed.
