> **Pros**: good concept that could potentially work with but poor execution and terms

> **Cons**: Customer support is good but terms when you are locked in a 12 month contract is insane and the tech is hard to set up (tool almost 3 weeks). Everytime you change something in your CRM, Ruler will not work and you have to double check the data Value is not there. Super frustrated. Wasted money
