Cost effective easy to use accounting programme that makes GST returns and end of year accounts a breeze

Reckon One is simple to use, accurate and reliable. I trust it to do all my cashflow, superannuation and financial planning.

Currently doesnt include a inventory system for managing stock

The best feature is that there are unlimited projects / jobs that you are able to add. This means as one job opens, you can begin evaluating the performance of these without having to close another job.

The payroll system had problems dealing with over 100 staff and thus we use an external system. This is unable to be uploaded automatically into Reckon. We have to do large journals to facilitate this.

Easy to use and only had to use support once and they were very helpful.

Trying to find a customer (forgot there name) by address would be very helpful.

This product is ideal for my business and my clients

I am happy with this product as it is. My accountant is also happy with the reports

My data will not be accepted by the ATOCustomer service providers don't know why.

After learning the program it does what we need

Some quirkiness with management of reports but generally it is good to work with for our purposes.

i like Reckon Accounts. It is quick to print all the reports such as transaction lists and general ledger.

It is a bit slow to export reports into excel.

It is easy for a non-digital person like myself. Also, behind-the-scenes customer service is respectful and highly productive.

Nothing that I can think of right now. I use Reckon App mainly for Single Touch Payroll reporting to the Australia Tax Office for myself and one other employee in my business.

Multi user in different locations. Real time updates.

Print features are cumbersome. Cut and paste functionality when cutting from another application is not available. No automatic tracking of documents sent.

Very easy to use except for the emails never worked

I have been having trouble with sending emailing invoices. Work ones but never could make it work. Call help but know one could fix problem. Tried three different emails and all tree failed to send emails and reckons always said it was the email provider and contacted all of them and told me it wasn’t so not very happy about that. If someone can help me it’ll be great

There is a learning curve.... BUT... once you have done that learning... there are heaps of daily benefits. We make about 60 products and we sell to a relatively small market 0.1 % of population. The software allows us to quickly add clients and do their specific invoicing.The "Lists" mean that our most common items "lurk in the background" and just 2 or 3 keystrokes fill in the invoice line.We sell overseas as well.. Export.. and we run 2 versions of our products.. The Export ones just have an "X" in the part description... IE local "Rainbow"... Export "XRainbow"The system sees these as 2 different products and stores them differently including their GST pre-set !!!The invoices are emailed out and the invoice contains our banking Direct Credit informationClients can be active or inactive... we tend to keep the one-offs inactive HOWEVERThere is a very good search function where you can select amongst "active", "All", "Outstanding bal"and it will find "part of an address", "Just a first name", "name of their dog", heheFast and Easy...

We use Reckon Online....Generally ok BUT.... it logs you out while you are with a client... especially near the end of the day.In some cases it is difficult to get back online.... but that is part of the learning curve..The search function is fabulous BUT you have to click the mouse... argh.. yes you cam press <enter> but nothing happens till you click the mouse.

I have moved from very old desktop program Quicken - I am slowly getting used to the cloud version.

Bank transaction actions were VERY slow!!!! I am hoping this is not the norm.

The ease of use and the backup support available.I use this software to run my business and keep our stock inventory up to date.

If it automatically did my GST it would be great.The invoice and other templates could be easier to use

Help section could be easier to find and explained, also emailing invoices and quotes made easier
