Pros
Zoho Books has allowed us to improve in the accounting area, having a perfect administration of expenses, accounts, invoices, payments and other tasks to be carried out, it manages a magnificent online accounting function, keeping all the payment reports up to date without forgetting invoices or payments to make, it is a very complete platform with its tools.
Cons
In my personal opinion, it is a perfect platform that there is nothing to improve or change.

The best thing that has happened to me is the ease with which I can now complete all accounting activities with Zoho Books. To be honest, I dislike accounting because of the amount of number management that is needed. It has, however using Zoho Books makes things lot simpler to do. For creating accounts receivable, it has been my savior because it is incredibly safe and you can be sure that the data you enter won't be compromised.
Pros
One of the easiest interfaces for creating estimates and invoices is Zoho Books. It gives enterprises flexibility by enabling the creation of estimates with and without GST. The main benefit is that it offers a range of plans at reasonable prices to accommodate diverse business needs.
Cons
Reports and invoice customisation in Zoho Books is limited. While integrating Zoho Book with other ZOHO apps is simple, doing so with other apps can be difficult. Data migration is quite difficult for businesses with a lot of data.

The Best way to manage your Businesses Finances

I never used to know what was going on with my business financials. Now at a glance, I can see money coming and I have an overview of how the business is performing. Tax season is no longer a complete nightmare as everything we need is in Zoho Books.
Pros
Zoho Books is extremely easy to use. I love that I now have 1 place where I do all my invoicing and that I can customise the invoices to my own branding. I love that I can send the invoice to clients directly from the software and then have auto reminders go out to the clients as well as send a Thank you when I receive payment. I also love the ability to link it to my business bank account – so I can reconcile my invoices and transactions easily. Come tax season my accountant can easily access all the reports she needs for any period.
Cons
At first, it was a bit tricky to understand how to link up my bank account but eventually managed to figure it out.

Price hike
Reviewed on 22/05/2023
Pros
The mobile app is great, doesn't make me want to scream or cringe. Everything feels as though it's exactly where I need it to be and in the order I'll be using it, mostly.Tons of options for reports and forms. Integrates with Zoho CRM. Time tracking and inventory tracking put some icing on the cake.
Cons
I do not like the time tracker, it only works through linking to a task. I have never been satisfied with Zoho support. Another thing people - there aren't many accounting partners to pick from. Ironic... and problematic.Zoho Books WAS priced so well that you couldn't beat it, however now they've hiked it up along side Everest.
