Pros

I like that BlueJeans has a Wi-Fi screen bar for me to check on the reliability of my Internet connection at any moment. Plus the feature where you can share the screen and choose which window/screen area exactly you want to show others. This has a nice side-effect for tutoring or training people – you can show others a document or presentation while privately going through other staff on your device. A perfect product for real-time video- and audio-conferences. Great for face-to-face remote communication, tutoring, training or teaching. I’d say it’s a quite solid tool for webinars as well. Love the AV quality – even when the connection is not so stable.

Cons

Just one very minor nitpick: I would prefer a pop-up message or something like that for people who want to connect that says they should mute their microphones and cell phones. From my own experience, it’s really annoying when people join a conference and everybody else has to listen to sounds around them (or in their phones). So I think it would be better to just mute them automatically, so others don’t have to remind them.

Pros

BlueJeans Video Communications is the best so far in terms of hosting a large-scale video conferencing because it doesn't matter if the attendees to such video conference is as few as 3 or as many as 50+ since the overall quality is just the same. We shifted from FreeConferencePro and UberConference to BlueJeans Video Communications, because we had multiple mishaps before, and worst it happened during a client call. With BlueJeans Video Communications, we didn't experience any connectivity and disconnection issues. It is easy to use as well because you can connect to the conference via mobile or home phone, via the web link even without downloading the desktop version or the desktop version if you are the host of the conference.

Cons

What I least like about the software is that if you are the host, you are obliged to download the desktop version of BlueJeans Video Communications so that you can be assured that the full functionality will be working smoothly. I hope they make it possible as well that the web version will have no issues in screen sharing or file sharing.

I was using zoom on daily basis for giving product demo to customer but when I started using blue jeans it was whole together different experience best part is that they have excellent video and audio quality

there installation process i havent understand till date , first they tell to install app then when you click meeting link it says if app does not launch click here and yes app never launches on its own

I like the audio and video quality offered by Bluejeans and also the integrations it supports with other business apps I use like Outlook and Slack. You can have your permanent room to schedule meetings and invite people or can create separate meetings. Also, being a cloud solution, it offers the flexibility to be accessed via browser as well which makes it easy to schedule meetings with clients as well as they don't need to install any client on their devices.

Cons

The meeting can't be started unless the organizer joins. At times this becomes a constraint and wastes a lot of time of many people in case organizer gets late due to some reason. Also, if my headphones are already connected, a lot of times I have to unplug and plug them again to make them work with Blue Jeans.

Pros

BlueJeans has been our department's meeting solution for more than a year and its capabilities to connect with other devices is amazing. It has superb video and audio call quality and the best part is that service is always up and running, there are very few disconnections. The feature i fancy the most is that 150+ people can join a call, so we can add our entire department as well as remote teams in a meeting.

BlueJeans itself works great but support staff is not very helpful if we come across a problem support staff takes a long time to respond to our queries.

I have been using the bluejeans for over one & half years now & find this product as an awesome tool for audio/video meetings. This is a superb because of the following reasons:
a. We can connect with other with both audio & video modes
b. The discussion can be recorded as well, which can be saved for future use
c. To add more participants the meeting link can be directly send from this application

With the latest look, this application has slightly become difficult to navigate.

Pros

This tool is very user-friendly and integrates well with Microsoft Outlook. It's easy to add it to meeting invites and is easy to use in conference rooms. I would recommend this platform to companies looking for a virtual meeting platform with remote and traveling employees. I like that digital recordings of meetings are emailed directly to you after the meeting.

Cons

Sometimes the "presenter" screen is not very crisp which makes it difficult to share visuals. I wish there were more "sizes" or "views" available when holding large group meetings.

Pros

What I am amazed about is the quality of the image, which has a great dynamic range, and also the quality of the sound when using BlueJeans Video Communications for our business conferencing. I have used it for more than a hundred of online business meetings to talk to investors, partners and staffs and a really very satisfied. Highly user-friendly user interface!

Cons

There are many video conferencing providers and many offer much better pricing than BlueJeans. From this standpoint, I find BlueJeans Video Communications a little expensive.

My first reaction when told we are going to use Blue Jeans for overseas team remote meetings is... "Why get another one?" --- Well, the answer to that is... That's what the foreign vendor is using.. and then, after using it, well... it seems more stable and reliable than what we used previously.

Many competitors indeed, but Blue Jeans has been a workhorse for our remote communications with teams in ASEAN and even AU/NZ. It just works and we aren't complaining. The basics, video and audio are stable and automatically adjusts based on your current bandwidth state. The chat feature is there, and the sending out of links to the rooms is fairly straightforward. Bluejeans works with any browser and even using your smartphone during travel.

Cons

As I mentioned, it seems yet another app to try and install, so when I use bluejeans with new contacts, the common complaint is "What's bluejeans?"... Just be patient to ask them to download a plugin and we're good to go.

Pros

Bluejeans makes it simple and easy to communicate and have meetings with my colleagues around the world. It is easy to include meeting information in calendar invites, and it has many functions that other video software could not provide. It has large bandwidth, which is crutcial for my large company. The quality is excellent and the customer support has been top of the line when I've run into any issues.

Cons

The only issue I have with BlueJeans is that it does not have a plugin for delegate scheduling in Outlook on Mac computers. I am unable to schedule meetings for my boss in Outlook and have to go through a few additional steps in order to set up a meeting for him. I also don't enjoy that when you schedule a meeting in the app, the time does not update if you move it in outlook and vice versa.

Bluejeans generally works, you can have multiparty video conversations with presentations, recordings. it's pretty easy to combine outsiders and insiders on the calls, usually, you just click the link and it works. It's easy to use your 'personal' standing meeting or set a special code for a named meeting. Like I said - it generally delivers on the promise of video conferencing with people.

Cons

There is a lot amiss. I've used it many times from many connections and never gotten really good quality audio and video. You often get latency and breakups in situations where Hangouts or even Facetime would sail through. The chat window is hidden and in my experience almost never used. you can't control who you see (just a few modes), and there's often trouble recognizing headphones etc. So quite buggy.

BlueJeans software is a very helping and easy to use software for one who need to take frequent online video meetings, video interviews or video conferences. It is been used by many fortune companies for carrying out their business meetings and interviews. Candidates can directly click on the given link and it gets connected automatically with the person on the other side. Best part is we can do video conference which helps many people to not waste their time for onsite meetings.

It does not work in the poor connection and one need to have uninterrupted connection and also person need to join the video call before 2 minutes of the interpret time as that is the maximum buffer time.

We use BlueJeans for our weekly project team meetings with third party vendors and team members who are on the field. It works for us in terms of video and audio quality. There are other useful features like the instant messaging tool just in case there are some audio or video glitches happening.

The user interface is simple, and the quality adjusts in a smart way depending on your connectivity quality. Installation is simple and for those using it for the first time, there's just a simple download of a plugin and it works on both mac and microsoft.

Many other options in the market and adoption is not very big yet. But since you just install via plugins without requiring the other party to be a paying subscriber, this is not a big issue. It's just that sometimes our other partners would suggest a different, more popular platform.

When using your own personal video login id link there doesn't seem to be any issues with the connection. BlueJeans wants to automatically connect to your audio and video, however, you can easily disable this feature.

Cons

A lot of interference when traveling (only to be expected) when dialing in from a smartphone. Conference calls from multiple locations globally can give a lot of backfeed.

If I write about pros, I would say it is well designed product with appropriate clean, clear and simple user interface. I like its' awesome sound as well as high quality video. I like its excellent ability of making video conferences. Furthermore, it also allows us to share screens with others while conducting meetings.

It is really a blessing for me as it has made my job really easy. It is the most convenient, fully featured product which is loaded with tons of useful features. I love to use this and honestly speaking I am having nothing to complain about.

BlueJeans has different login options, which makes it good for meeting with multiple people and locations. You can call in on phone if not by a computer. Our office uses it for in-room systems. You can have more guests on this platform and meeting software than a lot of the other ones such as Google Hangouts. I've found the app to be very helpful and pretty stable, sometimes more stable than the desktop version.

When using the in-room system, it can take awhile to sign on and you have to know a few different numbers, making it feel clunky or needing to arrive to meeting early to get set up. I've found that the performance on desktop can take a lot of computer and internet use sometimes depending on what else I'm running at the same time.

The ability to "see" remote coworkers and teams. I work 100% virtually, so it's nice to be able to put names to faces. Makes calls with subject matter experts easier since we can talk through courses in real time, together.

Buggy and non-funtional at times; I really dislike the screenshare feature in which you have to select different applications to share one at a time. I would like to be able to share my screen once, and seamlessly click between Excel, Word, and Chrome rather than having to switch the sharing app each time I wanted to bring up a different document or screen.

I manage a small remote team and Blue Jeans is the way we hold our meetings, be it audio or video. Calls are good to great quality and it is easy to join even for someone who has never used the app before.

One can utilize from a phone, desk, or conference room with video capabilities. Users can use any of these methods to dial into one meeting without too much hassle. Can use the same number and meeting ID over if owned by a moderator.

The user interface is beautiful and appropriate, displays exactly what you need when you need it. I've never had any issues setting someone up with a conference, no issues during the conference. Works with any environment I've thrown at it (Mac, PC, Lifesize, VOIP, etc.) and I've never had a problem with audio or video lag or freezing. We use it here exclusively!

Automatic audio ducking would be nice, as most hardware isn't equipped with anti feedback capabilities. However, it's easy to press "mute" when you're not talking to alleviate feedback!

It is a very good tool to give utility in different areas of the company, from areas of Marketing, training, human resources, has the exact functions you need to communicate remotely with customers, staff in external offices and staff meetings or videoconferences to train them in a specific area. It has a good technical service and the conditions of use are flexible with respect to other applications of its kind.
