The app supports proof of delivery collection including photo capture, eSignature, custom notes, EasyRoutes-native barcode scanning (with configurable validation enforcement), and GPS-stamped location confirmation. A GPS proximity warning is triggered when a driver marks a stop complete outside the expected delivery radius, with the exception logged for dispatcher review.\n\nCUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS\nAutomated notifications are sent via SMS and/or email at configurable delivery event triggers.
