Clients are also able to register as a member and login to the self service client portal to make appointments, update their information, view their pet’s medical records, communicate with the clinic, and receive notifications and reminders for upcoming appointments. Clients can be billed within the VETbuddy system, with tools for creating estimates or long-term treatment plans, and invoicing patients directly.
