Demographic information, visit histories, and preferences can be stored for repeat guests, allowing for more personalized service for regular customers. \n\nUsers can control room rates and availability through mycloud PMS, with support for multiple room types, day and seasonal rates, and add-ons such as meal plans or other services. Contracts can be created to offer special rates to travel agents, tour operators, and other companies, with histories to assist users in making appropriate rate proposals when drafting future contracts.
