Calls answered by a person can be passed directly to an agent, or an IVR played where the contact can make selections.\n\nThe IVR system is highly versatile with a toolbox of IVR section types to perform different functions from play some audio, do text to speech, voice recognition, decision trees, API integration, call transfers and much more.\n\nThere is a full suite of reporting tools on the performance of the platform as well as on each individual campaign, with comparison tools, e.g. to show the cost per transfer and the cost of each campaign.
